Arizona National Golf Club offers desert golf at its finest. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. in 1996 and voted Best Public Golf Course in Tucson, Arizona National Golf Club is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains and abutting the Coronado National Forest. It follows the rugged natural flow of the land across shady mesquite-lined arroyos and skirts craggy rock outcroppings. Along the way, its diverse 6,785-yard layout will throw enough tough decisions and classic golf-in-the-desert challenges at you to test the very limits of your ability. Yet, it has the flexibility to do so without ever becoming unfair. And, it's always fun! As compensation for the challenge, you'll also get to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery of any golf course in the Southwest, including panoramic mountain vistas, forests of giant saguaros, and the rare beauty of nine natural springs. WEDDINGS: Arizona National Golf Club offers a grand setting for romantic weddings and receptions set against the grand desert landscape of Tucson, Arizona. The venue sets the tone for your wedding – romantic formal, casual rustic, trendy modern, or timeless traditional. Arizona National Golf Club can host weddings up to 150 guests in an indoor and outdoor venue. Large glass doors can be opened to unveil the lakeside patio beyond. Unlike other Arizona venues, get married with natural springs, dramatic hills or rolling rock formations as the backdrop to your day. TOURNAMENTS: Golf events are about more than just golf, it’s about the people! Our professional staff can arrange for a variety of golf outings, events and tournament services and packages to fit the needs of your group. Fees vary based upon day of the week and season. Group size ranges from 12 to 144 participants. Details: Greens fees, carts, range balls (4 players) Restrictions: Certificate expires 12 months after event date. Book tee time no more than 5 days in advance. Valid: Valid after 11am January through April and after 9am May through October
A note from JDO Ministries: The U.S. Marshals Survivors Benefit Fund was formed exclusively for charitable and educational disbursements of its funds to the surviving family members of active United States Marshals, Deputy U.S. Marshals, Marshals Service employees, and Special Deputy U.S. Marshals who are killed in the line of duty. In the immediate aftermath of a line of duty death, money is given to the surviving family to help with funeral costs and other expenses.
In addition to the immediate death assistance payments made by the U.S. Marshals Survivors Benefit Fund, surviving spouses and dependent children are eligible for education benefit grants from the Fund. Government scholarships and similar private programs are an excellent way for family members to gain access to higher education after a line of duty death. The Fund stands ready to provide financial assistance to help with costs not covered by other sources.
In addition to the immediate death benefit assistance the U.S. Marshals Survivors Benefit Fund provides the families of our fallen heroes, certain death benefits are payable to the surviving spouse, or next of kin, under the federal order of precedence: stated beneficiary, widow/widower, child, parent, and executor; in that order.
